This Order provides for the coming into operation of paragraph 32 of Schedule 8 to the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 (welfare benefits: minor and consequential amendments for administration of benefits) and Article 67 of that Order in so far as it relates to that paragraph on 6th April 2003.
